Incompetence at its best

I have a son who passed grade 11 last year and supposed to be doing grade 12 this year but he's still not placed in school yet. I went to five schools which fall under the Ekurhuleni South District to register my son for grade 12 and explained to them we relocated from another Province to Gauteng last year December, hence I'm looking for a new school but the Principals told me they don't take new grade 12 learners from other schools (and no reason given) and told me I should go to the District in Meyersdal as they are the ones who place learners into schools.

When I went to the district I was told I must go find a school by myself. I don't wanna name and shame by mentioning names, I spoke to six staff members of the district in Meyersdal but till today my son is not yet placed, it seems they don't know why they were put in those positions they are in or maybe they just don't care what happens to our children, the ones they should be thinking of everyday when they get into their offices. Now they are no longer taking my calls nor responding to my messages. It's been 3 weeks now since I started enquiring about registrations but NOTHING has been done by the department and now my son is falling way behind with school work.
