Ignoring emails and unable to reach

We are 3 daughters, 3 beneficiaries to receive the capped leave pay out of my late mother. My sisters received their pay out, but I did not receive mine. I was supposed to receive mine by now. Elizabeth Mokotla is supposed to handle the capped leave. She is failing to respond to my emails and when I call either of the 2 numbers I have of her, there is no answer or the lady who answers conveniently says that there is no Elizabeth!! I want to know what is going on and ask for the matter to be resolved. I also suggest that the employees of GPEDU start following better work ethics, because the way they handle business is unacceptably poor.
