I struggle to get a space for my child at Eureka special school, department of education Vereeniging failed my child.Im asking help from our MEC department of education Gauteng.

I have a 9 year old daughter (Down Syndrome).I app**** for her at Department of Education (Sedibeng West)2024,but I was applying for Eureka Special school at Vereeniging because I'm working at the same area.January I went to school to check how far my child is on the list,then I was told that she's not on the list because department of education must put her name on the list first.Then I went to department of education Vereeniging ,I spoke to a person who's responsible for the name list and she said there's no space at Eureka.Then I went to her supervisor but still I didn't get help either.I Did the application on time 2024,I gave them everything they needed from me (Doctor's reports and etc)I got help from one lady at (Sedibeng West Sebokeng) with all the process,she even took my Daughter's file to Sedibeng East at Vereeniging.Now my child is still at home since January till now ,I explained to them the reason why I app**** for Eureka school , it's because my child is using English as first language and we saw that she's talented when it comes to swimming . She started swimming at age of 3. Now they want my child to go to Thabo. Vuyo at Sebokeng or Isizwe,but the problem is the language because both schools are using Sesotho and Isizulu as first language.I even phoned one lady at department of education main office asking for help during January.She said at Vereeniging district they said there's no space at Eureka she will come back to me she's waiting for their senior psychologist.I don't what to do now because I followed the process when doing the application,I went to school but my daughter's name was not on the list.I went to district but I couldn't get help at all, I had to seek help at main office but still no progress.Can the MEC of Education Gauteng help my child , because she's crying every day . Department of Education Vereeniging failed my child ,I'm working and staying around the area where the school is.Why must I struggle or it's because she's Down Syndrome so doesn't matter it's not a big deal for them. I'm a single parent,I need to work for her so I must be at work everyday.Please MEC of Education Gauteng,My daughter needs your help.Eureka special school is the only school at Vereeniging that can help my child .My name is Doris Hlungu .I don't even get feedback from department I'm the one calling or going to the school to check the progress.
