I really need your help getting me a Level 4 certificate

Hy my name is Karabo Kevin Bapela, I have a serious problem that's taken lightly by our government, I've did Level 4 (2020) in Sedimogang ABET School at Mabopane so I were told that my Life-Orientation results were not out so the principal adviced me to re-write but only LO while I were trying my luck in metric, so unfortunately I didn't passed my metric but managed to pass LO, so I actually have a problem with combining my statements so that I get a certificate for Level 4 in return. I'm having a serious challenge, so principal told me they're having a challenge from the district (based at Odi near Odi Hospital) so I went there, they referred me to DBE(Department of Basic Education) so they told me that they're not dealing with ABET Schools so they referred me to Tshwane District (around Pretoria town) so I arrived there and explained my story so I also told them that I was referred to them, so they then told me that DBE was mad they are the people who were supposed to help me but they then told me that it's best I go to Department of Higher Education (also around Pretoria town,near Court) so as I walk inside,I went to the receptionist and explained my story she then told me the person who were supposed to help me (Zanele) they she just left and it's not her job she just helps people with her kindness, so I asked again "where are her coleques maybe they'll be able to help since well Zanele is not around" the receptionist said they are upsent they went to the funeral, so I asked her that which means I won't be the first one to go home disappointed, she then said sorry there's nothing I can help you about, so she gave me the office Landline so I called and called,no answer until today I still have two statements,no certificate. November I got a job opportunity at Woolworth's warehouse at Midstream and it was a contract for twelve months, so the agent called me to the office and asked me what's going on , so I told him that it's my qualifications and it's equivalent to metric he said no we need at least something that shows that you passed your Level 4 so that's when I went back with my father's sister, so they then sent us to their supervisor he then wrote a letter, so still the agent wasn't impressed, so he said you'll have to wait (stop working) until you get a Level 4 certificate or a combined statement that says you completed Level 4. So my life is stuck and I'm really being delayed, I don't know what to do, because my C1 PrDP driver's license expires this year and my Firearm competency license, so they are going to expire and they haven't help me by nothing because of my qualification. PLEASE HELP ME.
