I pay them to teach my child, teachers wont teach and principal keeps children hostage

<p>I have not been happy with this school for some time because they often keep the kids in, no explanation, no parents allowed. the Principal does not realise that she is a principal not a prison warden or God. Oh and be ware of her Son Mr van Heerden, speak out of turn and he may just punch you... only the will of god stopped him from knocking my lights out today when i demanded my child be "released from their interrogation room".</p> <p>The teachers wont teach and leave the classroom in tears. the "students"protest as if this is a democracy and the handful of children who want to learn well "**** them" because a teacher was offended so she just wont teach for a week or wont mark their exams? hello, since when is this allowed. last time i checked WE pay YOU to educate our children.</p> <p>Today was a wonderful experience, i get to the school to find some children waiting outside and cars waiting for their kids. i ask what is going on and am told there was a BOMB THREAT and my childs grade is being kept in.</p> <p>i go to try and get my child, and the gate is locked in my face (the man tells me the principal told him to lock the gate). so i go around, i tell them if they dont let me in to get my child i'm calling the police, if there was a bomb the children should have been evacuated not held hostage by the principal. turns out one of the girls was responsible for the threat. but of course no one told me that. i storm into the school demanding they hand over my child who they are holding hostage or i'm calling the police. i was treated very hostally for interupting their interrogation, on being told one of these girls was responsible. i told them they know my child she would never have done something like this but yet she is kept in with potential *********s.</p> <p>and i'm treated like the ********, if i was not afraid for my childs life i would have called the police and waited. fortunately i found her and we left, but not before i was accused of trying to break their door (which i was just closing, that man nearly punched a hole in it, if anyone was going to break it it was him). i told them my child would not be back.</p> <p>this is however about 10% of the trauma my child has suffered at the hands of this school.</p> <p>the principal is crazy and does not care about children or education so she really should not be in this line of work.</p> <p>and her son, well he may just beat you to death if you anger him (and he has the girth and stamina to **** you so dont push him). dont EVER consider this school for your child. the principal has no idea how to handle children and the teachers have mental breakdowns everytime a child speaks out of turn, my child was struggling to get an education there and she was one of those who tried.</p>
