I can't find a job I need my Matric Certificate

I had an ID duplicate issue in 2021 when I was doing my Matric but it was fixed last year. So I went to the department of education to change my ID number to the correct ID number last year in October and I went again in January and they told me the is no reply from Malusi and I am worried because I can't even find jobs because my grade 12 Certificate is with them I'm stuck in life I can't go on its been 5 months now.
