Horrified with service

I registered my daughter's to write amended exams.The approval letter did not get emailed as there was a letter short.The examination centre said we need to get the letter and we have even went to department of education office in braamfantien and there was no assistance. THEY are saying the people are not available, called over 20 people sent emails no help.
