Horrible HR

The department of education ,HR department Modimolle is failing us. My dad passed on 2018 until today we busy going but and down to claim my dad pension.no success.Everytime when they submits our documents they will wait for them to expire or submits incomplete forms. I DONT KNOW WHY ARE THEY PUNISHING US LIKE THIA.T.WE HAVE BEEM CALLING GEPF and there is nothing they can do.since 2018 they ask missing documents once a year,and they ask one by one, Instead of asking all documents and submit once.Can the department intervene this nonsense and laziness of this department it has been 7 years waiting to put tombstone for my dad .can the department push them we tired of emailing them.for 7byears ND no response.
