Hill High School in Johannesburg- Poor service

Good Day

I have been complaining to the Account Department of the Hill High School to get an updated Statement for my son and this is worse than ever. They even handed me over to lawyers for non payment and when I showed them I was paying they retracted it with no apology. They cannot even found payment, even when I send them proof

What does a person do when you are a single mother paying school fees but getting no help for the high school what so ever.

It is too much to ask to get an updated/correct school statement with all payments reflecting
