Help from a depressed child

I'm writing this email as a frustrated parent with a depressed child, my child used to be a pupil at Laerskool Dunnottar than about 2 years ago her father took her to live with him and she changed schools so now on situations beyond our control her father had brought the child back so since June before the school closes she said we should go to the district and gave us the forms and today we went back to check if he can't take her she said she is full for grade 4 and one of the grade 4 teachers later confirmed to us that the principal took in a child from Mpumalanga today, but she refused to take my child and the grade 4 teacher surname is Mrs Nhlapho. Please assist immediately my child is slowly going to depression.
