Grade 8 learner placement

I'm trying to get a placement for a grade 8 learner at hoerskool birchleigh. I went to department of education in benoni on the 1st of February, till today I haven't received any SMS or callback. The child is at home. Do the department or district really care about the youth of our country? I guess they are really encouraging this young kids to opt for wrong things, and they are preaching the opposite . All I want is a child to be placed at hoerskool birchleigh because where I registered before, my place of residence was demolished and I had no choice but to go BACK HOME. OUR SO- CALLED GOVERNMENT AND MINISTER, WHERE ARE YOU WHEN WE NEED YOU MOST?
