Grade 1 Application Process

Good afternoon

Today I was at the head office of department of education and i was given s cellphone number of a cordinator who assist with application in the west rand however i was still not assisted. I have a problem with a Grade 1 application that I submitted at westgold primary school in the randfontein, during the application process I got an sms that some my of my duments were missing which was my proof of residence, as I could not upload it on my application I went to the school to submit the documents and the status changed to all documents varied

On the 16th when the placements started my status changed to no documents submitted while the documents were submitted at school, apparently they verified my documents without uploading the proof of residence that I submitted at the school

I have been to the school multiple times and am not getting any help and the school is about to reach it's full capacity and my child has not been placed nd i dont know what to do anymore, this has been the most stressful process for the past 3 weeks and am not getting any help

I would really appreciate it if you could help me
