Government use stats to benefit majority

Government should have used information from gde regarding need od schools ,should have also up held housing developer into a commitment towards building a school which will be Government subsidiesed in area they plan on selling houses to address short of schools ! It is really useless going through whole process if it bring no immediate or long term change ! New housing developers should be held accountable they can't be reaping without sowing back!
