Government failing us

Our department is really failing us I mean are they not reviewing their websites and updating their addresses if I am an unemployed citizen of South Africa with limited financial resources and I go to the department to go and register or want assistance from them imagine I went there and found that the department is no longer there how do you get to the next department I had to bolt 4 times moving from one department to the next only to find that it's no longer there come one update your addresses and your online shame it's not working you can't even register for anything
