Getting NO feedback regarding online application for online schooling from department of education!!!

I've been struggling and stressing to get feedback regarding registration for online schooling. I submitted my application for my daughter 29/03 /2021 and still I have not received any communication or feedback. I did everything by the books yet still no response. Hoe long does it really take to get the certificate that you have registered your child with the department of education.

Please help as I am getting absolutely nowhere!
