GEPF Claim

My mother passed away on the 14/12/2020 and the Department of Education was informed by the relevant HR personnel. All documentation needed to process GEPF claim were submitted to the relevant district (Butterworth) in January 2021 till to this date Department of Education has not forwarded the claim. My mother had 29 years of service with the department still no one seems to be of service when making enquiries.
