GDE SYSTEM FAILED

The worst system Ever, I am so upset I app**** in time and I have been patiently waiting to receive offers like any other parent to the nearest school as per their requirements. I was never given the opportunity to receive or even accept any offer, My child is placed at a school I don't want a school that is further away and I am told the nearest school is full I don't understand at all. Why must they set up processes and systems that don't work at the end of the day we all must suffer. I can not accept my child being placed far who will pay for transport? I am a single parent I stay and work near the school I had app**** to, why must I suffer because of a system that is not working.
