I'm disappointed by by service we received at the braamfontein office more especially from a lady by the name of Irene she lacks empathy and basic customer care she caused my child's mother so much distress and grief by refusing to place my daughter in the school that she wanted and told her to take watever it is they give her I will be reporting this matter to the district coordinator
