GDE ADMISSION PROCESS 2020 A BIG MESS

Tshepo Mothibe was accepted at Gerrit Maritz High School.On Sunday 3 November 2019 Miss Director/District transfered Tshepo from Gerrit Maritz to Da****rt High School.Today 5 November 2019 I went to the District in ODI ,Tshwane, was told by the Director with her ÏT"fundi that they cannot switch it back because tshepo was never accepted at gerrit maritz ,but the status is accepted and was told the "word ACCEPT" reflecting under status means something different it does not mean accept...so please make me understand why at the bottom of the document it is written transfered to Da****rt ,how do you transfer something that was never accepted ? I 've got the proof .
