Fustrating experience ever.

Worst experience ever, i dont know whether to blame the government or the department itself, 1stly we are no longer able to collect forms and apply for our children at semi government schools around July to Oct, we register at schools and been told to wait for the department of education to place your child, oops guees what no phone call from the department, youll wait until Jesus christ comes, by January parents are queing at the department for placement of learners, for the whole 2 weeks we have been running up and down for placement of learners, we were told to go home theyll give us a call to try and solve this issue till to date, i dont understand exactly why are they not coming up with strategic plan for placement of learners because its a year to year issue or challenge but nothing is been done, all hoer skool are sitted with managable or less learners while english medium are overcrowded with learners but all schools are semi government. But yet a black child ought to fight to get a space at school.
