Frustrating service

I've tried in vain to contact department of education D6 in parkmore on all their numbers but it's impossible. They never answer. I've also sent over 10 emails but received no reply I resigned from teaching and trying desperately for someone to process my pension application. It's been 3 months now and nothing has been done

I cannot get a hold of anyone from the department to see what the delay. Is all about
