FRUSTRATED MOM

My child is an unplaced learner and it going for the third month without education and we are staying in an area where children should not be at HOME. I have been phoning and following up since the school opened. Then i phone the Head Office , i am still awaiting my phone call. I need to register for 2021 , i cant register due to the fact that he is an unplaced learner , the system does not allow me to continue........................................WHERE DID MY VOTE GO AND WHY DOES IT NOT MATTER IN TIMES LIKE THIS
