failure to deliver matric results

My little sister re wrote her matric last year (2015) she attended her classes in St Anthonys in the east rand the whole year. When results were issued this year in Jan she received a blank statement and was told by the school that she did not write,they checked the register and her name was on the list,she was then told the case would be sorted with the department of education.when she went back still nothing.I feel it's very sad that she now has to sit at home doing nothing while she waits for something she is not sure of.she couldn't go to varsity this year because those results are not showing on the systems so she was rejected, she is suddenly always sleeping and is going straight into depression.we no longer know what to do when we call the department we are taken from pillar to post.this situation is actually very stressful and unnecessary clearly someone failed to fulfil their duties in the process.we urgently need a response,it's not fair at all that she goes through all of this after a whole year of studying to gain entry into varsity, her plans were to study Education or Social work.thus is actually very pathetic and unnecessary!
