Spoke to the most courteous and professional young man, named Lejean at the Department. He was unable to assist me but promptly referred me to the Hr department where I spoke to Bulelwa. The telephone rang twice and I was greeted by Bulelwa who was efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you for the prompt assistance!
