Excellent service from DBE & Ulalusi

My recent interaction with Mrs O and Mr N from Dept Basic Education Pretoria, and Mrs M from Umalusi has yielded positive recognition. They were friendly, efficient and courteous in sorting out my request for certification of documents. There really are some hard working and dedicated individuals in the Govt departments. It would be unjust to paint all Govt Depts as inefficient. The same applies to private companies out there. Thank you to the customer centric people in Govt.
