Excellent service

<p>I would like to extent a word of gratitude to the Department of Education (Gauteng), and more especial Mr Inaish Chetty for their prompt response and assistance in placing my nice at school. I app**** late for my niece due to personal matters as a result she was not admitted in any school. I had been going to all schools and the department from last year but when I sent an email to the department I was allocated Mr Chetty who was nothing but an excellent and diligent personnel of the department. I must admit I was not an easy parent to deal with I got emotional several times my case was very complex and the background of the child in question made it tricky for her to be easily accepted at an English school but Mr Chetty has been very patient and helpful to me, he even went an extra mile and gave me his personal number so I could communicate each and every step I took in making sure that my niece is placed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today my niece started school and the smile on her face said a thousand words because this whole exercise is a form of a rescue to her life. Thank You very much Mr Chetty and the department of education Gauteng words alone cannot express how grateful I am. I consider this a true manifestation of great service and as a South African Citizen I am humbled that my niece’s right to education has been acknowledged and granted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You once more</p>
