Enrolment Complaint not followed up

I am a parent in distress, I camped outside Bryanston Parallel Medium School to get my son registered. I was number 15 in line when I was done with the registration I noticed it showed as number 115. I then asked why I was given that number. They told me it was school policy to reserve 100 places for the grade 0 as I was applying for grade 1. Being ******** at the time took the number and went back home. I then received a letter of decline to my surprise. After finding out that what the school has done was against the law, I went to the department besides them being disinterested they said they'll investigate, I kept on calling the department they advised me that the school should be contacting me soon after several phone call to the department. I still haven't heard anything from them and the schools are almost about to close. My son still has no school, every other school I app**** thereafter is full as well and I am on the B-list. It is my some right to get an Education but the department of Education doesn't seem to care.
