ELIJAH MHLANGA IRRESPONSIBLE FATHER

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the department of Basic Education as they expect poor parents to pay school fees for children,book packs etc but people who are working there like Elijah Mhlanga he is not paying for his child school fees the only thing he knows is to travel to different countries and talk about *** education,these is a disgrace to the Nation
