Drained by cross transfer

Limpopo department of education is the worst. I app**** for cross transfer in August 2024 .. I submitted all documents they needed to process the cross transfer. The Johannesburg team did everything on time because they are professionals and they take accountability but when it comes to Limpopo department of education it’s a mess .. I’ve been sending them massages for follow up but no one wants to account. Mr Langa who is the manager he’s worse am worried about the system in Limpopo
