dissipointed and angry

Well my son in Grade 8 have been bul**** for a long time now, when he reported it, Mr Smith a school teacher, instead threatened my son that he better stop it otherwise he will attend a dissiplinery hearing at the school, my son then just walked away, Today that same bully called my kid a dumb and a failure infront of everybody, my son walked over to him to ask him politely what's his problem, instead the bully smacked him twice, told him to voetsek and the bullys friends all started attacking my kid hitting him in the ribs and against his head!! Now what ****es me off is, without teachers listening to both sides of the story, they blaming my son for everything, and pampering the bully, when I believe this bully has been in 3 -4 fights before, clearly the bully has a problem, and nobody does anything about it, so while my kids been shunted by teachers the bully is is been taken to the sick bay, when my son also has bruises, Seriously, what now?? What happens to bullies? They get away with there violence??
