Disappointing behaviour

I am very devastated about what the department has done to my child.My child wrote his Matric in 2019 and he failed Maths and Physical Science.He then registered again in 2020 and he registered with the private school the reason for him to do that he wanted to obtain a Matric Certificate so that he can be able to futher with his studies and be a better person as we all know Education is the key.He wrote his Exam in December 2020 and they were told the results will be out in February the 22nd.On the 22nd of February he went to the DOE in Cofimvaba in the Eastern Cape and he ws given the statement with Xs he was advised the department made a mistake and that is going to be rectified in a weeks time and he was advised to come back the ff week on Tuesday which he did and with no luck he still didnt get the statement he was advised by one of the employees in Cofimvaba that they forgot to go to Exams department in Queenstown and he was given the number to call for follow up.We called the number with no help instead the numbers owner gave us attitude.I texted the Provincial Minister of Education Mr Gade and the only response i received from him he asked me the District in question amd i told him but after that he never responded.We did another follow up with the department in Cofimvaba and we were told Exams department is having a go slow hence the delay but they are busy working on that.We spoke to several people including Ms Bikisha whom i believe is working for the Department in Bisho.Only last week Thursday the 08.04.2021 my child was told he needs to go in person and collect the statement from Bisho which he did imagine using his own money from Butterworth to Bisho to fetch the statement that he was supposed to get from his district.He did receive the statement with not so good results which i doubt if they are accurate as we waited for two months to get them but then who are we to argue we have to accept that because we dont have power.The proble now my child needs to register so that he can be able to write again as he still needs to persue his dreams regardless of the situation and he cant register becuase the registration is closed.My question as a parent who is rrsponsible for that.the Department really failed my child and i need the National minister for the Department to intervene as the Provincial one could not assist all i am asking for is my child to be able to get his Matric Certificate.Can the department practise what they preach and do the right thing.i am sitting here with the deppressed child becausr of their neglegence i am really so disappointed in the so called leaders that we have.I really need answers rergading this issue.
