Disappointed

Good day, I'm very disappointed in our local school Tumelo primary school, It gives our kids shoes however they do not ask for their sizes and when we go to school they tell us that there are no return, what is the point of giving kids shoes only to wear them when theyre older, how do you give a 7 year a size 6 toughies? please can the government intervene as people are taking these home and live the big sizes for our kids
