Diploma not yet received

I am Tsakani Lizzy Mathebula. Contact number: ***. I completed my Educare course for 18months at Westcol and my practicals at Goza Primary School for 18months. I then applyed for my Diploma with all the necessary documents required on the 18 June 2018. It normally takes 3months to get a diploma after applying. But to my surprise I havent got my diploma util today.

I tried to call and enquire, I was sent from pillar to post. I then went to Pretoria department of education in March 2019 and I was told to wait for another 6weeks, but still I waited in vain.

It is clear that someone somewhere is not doing their job.

My patience is wearing slim. I want my diploma as early as yesterday. Please assist me. Contact number ***.
