diploma certeficate

I app**** for my diploma in 2013 via springs college and i have not received it until now.i tried calling but the only time i got through the gentlemen told me to try after 5 minutes.i sent my brother twice to pretoria already but he was told its sent out he even asked for a tracking number of which they said they will sms to me but still nothing when we go to springs they say they havent received it they will send and sms also<br> <br> im not trying to be deficult but i want to study and my company wont pay until i give them my diploma.please help.
