Despondent father- School and Dept of Edu

I have two kids at EP Baumann school Carlston and Emily-Rose miller, E-R Miller is in Grade R but for some reason she was not excepted from Grade 1 next year due to a VERBAL agreement between the Dept of Edu and EP Baumann School. The school advised that Danny Williams signed off that the school will only take 120 pupils but Irene at the Dept of educ advise that this was signed off by Hanna. Again its our kids that suffering because of incompetence because Dept of Edu and School, My daughter E-R Miller is at number 131 and will not get in. Irene at Department of Edu advise that none of this is true. So my question is what is true. I pay a lot of damn money to keep my kids in school, how can we separate brother and sister, God I am not dead yet and they not orphans. I need my daughter to get into this school and I don't give a damn how you guy do this, I have a third daughter that I wanna put in the school as well, I need this sorted out ASAP I don't worry about August when Dannie Williams will Review the failing kids bla bla bla He need to look into my matter with Urgency.
