Dept of Education poor poor poor service NC

I am not sure if I must complain or just let the world know how badly the Education Department of Kimberley Northern Cape is. I strughle since 2018 to get a place for my child at school which is in my area but it is as if you ask them to pay for your child's school fees. The ignorance and the type of assistance that you get from District Office is something that I eo jot want yo talk about because I can write a book about it. I find myself between a rock and a hardplace...after even going to the schools in my area to fine out if they can help and go back to the dept for assistance as the schools got instructed not to take in any Grade 1 learners but the Dept will place them...really for 3 years they are still placing and now I sit with my son at home not knowing what to do with him as I can't travel right through town and suburbs to get him to school whereby here is 3 schools in my area. My numbers where not even big as I was one of the first parents to apply...is it because of my race? My surname? Or what is it that we have to beg for our childrens proper education. I am really down and out and need a voice....I do not wish to name call in this writibg but surely will talk about it should it comes to that. The Supervisor is nowhere to be found or never available to assist parents with requests and monitoring their ill mannerd staff. What should we do in this matter?
