Since 2007 I have been waiting for my National Senior Certificate in Commercial Bussiness N3 . I have proof of the results that I have passed. Department of higher education refuses to issue the National Senior Certificate in Commercial Bussiness N3 . Been 12 year I have been struggling with this issue.
