Department of education pathetic service

Department of education kzn has got to have some of the most uninteersted clueless people working for them..half of their contact numbers put up dont work..their emails dont work and if you manage to finally get through to someone you end up with a person that has no clue what they supposed to be getting paid for..spoke to a lady once who answered and didn't even know if she worked there or not..they have no clue as to which school falls under which district and they have some district managers that dont care at all..been having endless issues with school near us and we cant get anyone to assist at all..the school principal aswel is no help..
