Department of education online system

Im a tech savvy mother who has issues with the online system simply because it does not work my daughter is still out of school and I'm the only one going up and down calls after calls emails after email I can't even enroll my child anywhere now because she doesn't have a report for this term and the department of education is sending me genetic emails with the same response. My daughter was involved in an accident and suffered head injuries stressing of not having to attend school as an A student still after the accident

She is so depressed I'm scared to live her alone I'm not sure what might just happen to her. The system clearly doesn't work when all the schools I app**** to denied her education with reason they first consider the A students and then, my daughter is an A student her school reports confirms this.
