Department of education not hiring Diploma in GradeR

Good day I want to ask if it's true the department of education won't hire us with diploma in GradeR and why is this was never mentioned on media and why now... Our parents took their last money to pay for this qualification so that when we done we should find employment and upgrade our qualifications unfortunately principals have been discouraging and tell us the districts won't hire us they had principals meeting and we're told not to hire us. Unless we on the database where are we going to get the money to do BED if we don't get employment... Our government is failing us
