Department of Education not doing their joB

I just had a bad experience regarding the registration process for the Grade 1 . To register there is an option you need to choose for criteria, and there are three options. But to be honest there should have only one (distance) criteria because the others (Siblings)are not as important to the department. I haven't received any feedback regarding the placement of my child. I have send numerous emails to the department as well as the school without any response. Then our minister has the nerve to say the process is working fine. this is a lot of bull, next thing the will place my child into no men's land.
