Department of Education is very careless and unbothered

Im not sure if the Western Cape Department of Western is careless or they just do not care about our kids.I app**** for a Grade 8 child last year in March,for 2025 Grade 8 enrolment.We were unsuccessful from all the 3 schools(without any reason)We appealed on each school in August 2024,but we never received any feedback.We contacted the Western Cape Education Department.They referred us to the Metro South District.A lady from Metro South district sent us an email on the 18 November 2024 asking if we have app**** and that someone will be incontact with us.We waiting until the 10 December 2024,were we emailed her back for feedback.she requested for the child CEMIS,we provided same.She then advised that the child was not accepted on all schools.We informed her that was the reason we contacted the Department from the first place.We never heard from her up until the 14 January 2025 after we sent her another email requesting for a feedback.She told us that the child has been accepted at Kulani High School.Upon googling the High school.We noticed that it is a Xhosa school,however my child has never done Xhosa before and the school is very far from where we are staying.We still have not received any feedback from the lady again and the child is still at home.I have been to numerous schools physically and they all full atthis time.The last school we went to was Technical Delft High School where we were informed to come back on the 28th January 2025,So i really do not know what to do in the meantime and I am very disappointed with the Department,because it means there is no fomula whether you apply on time or not.
