Department of Education is USELESS!!!!!

I think like most of South-Africa's services, this one is useless and pathetic. I requested via the ONLINE "e-services" portal a reprint of my Matric Certification, Went through the whole online process, as well as did an online payment, for the Cert. THEN i also EMAILED all the required Documentation through to the department as well. Now its been over 3 Months and after Multiple Emails and attempts to contact them, i am STILL waiting for my Matric Certification. Its a ****** JOKE!!!!!!!
