Department of Education is useless!!!!

For the past 3 years I have been struggling with getting my daughter space at a school close to home cause their system placed her miles away and this department is useless,I’ve been there more than three times taking time off work and standing in LONG ques with NO assistance whatsoever…..Mr Piet Swart (the supposed head)is BEYOND USELESS and grants no solution or feedback instead he tells you I he will contact you and does NOTHING and when you contact him all he does is give stupid responses This department should honestly just close and this online application should be cancelled,the old method of queuing in schools worked way better!!the security at the Braamfontein department of education are much more efficient and effective than the staff who work for the department!!!’
