Department of Education is ruining my life.

The department of education has ruined 😡 my life. I can’t apply for jobs as I am still waiting for my matric certificate which I app**** and paid for in 2018. It is now 2022 July and I still have not received it😭every time I went to the Springs district I was told the certificate was being created and recently when I went to check I was told that it’s been cancelled 😞 and there is no explanation as to why it’s been cancelled when I meet all the criteria needed. I’m just frustrated, don’t even know what else I should do. I’m home and jobless.
