Department of Education has failed my daughter and now she is left hopeless without an education

My daughter whos in grade 7 has been expelled at school, shes current at home alone. I was told that the district director will and has too find her a school but no one in the department is helping, when I went to the department of education in simmonds street marshalltown johannesburg one of the staff of Rufus Mmutlana the HOD told me that why dont I take my child to a private school. Im so dissappointed in this department worse by the HOD Rufus Mmutlana who gave the verdict.
