Department of education from benoni is failing us

I have a problem with the department of education from benoni, my son was attending at Ithembelihle lsen school last year, then this year in February I requested them to transfer his file to the department of education of ekurhuleni. Till today the transfer is not being done and there is no communication from them. I can't even get hold of them. That problem resulted to my son not attending for the whole year because at the new school they are waiting for that transfer file from Dikeledi Mohale at the benoni department. Can the department of education do it's job so my son can go to school like other kids.
