Department of education fails to pay invigilators

Worked as an invigilator in 2014 already, i have yet to still receive payment. Every month theres a different excuse. I am all the way in Gauteng now was told to come down to sign a document. How many times must i come in on different occasions to sign different papers. No man this is pure incompetence. I want my money
