Department of education delays in placing my daughter at a school

My daughter was supposed to be placed at grade 1 at a special needs school. She has been diagnosed with autism for speech delay. I've been calling the department of education at Ormonde district and they keep feeding me empty promises.. 2nd term has started and my child has not been placed yet... Everytime I call the Ormonde district I'm always told that someone is offsick so my child can't be assisted...2nd term has started and my child is still at home.

As a mother of a special needs child I'm feeling helpless at this point, the department isn't helping nor are doing what they are supposed to do. I'm running out of options here because I've tried approaching schools for space for my child but every school told me that the child has to be placed from district level.

Ormonde district has very *********** employees and the system put in place is not helping us patents at all...
