I've tried for the last week to get hold of anybody on National, Provincial or District level to help me with a service record or certificate. I need the service record for an urgent application. There is just nobody who can help me they don't pick up their phones, they all sound asleep or are just ********. the few who picked up referred me to other people who referred me to more people. I called 50 numbers, and sent numerous emails. I can't get help. nobody knows what I'm talking about or are just to lazy to help me. Can anybody tell me where I can get a service record from the Department of Education
